Mr. Talbott has twenty four years of experience in the legal business. His practice currently is focused in the area of workers' compensation, representing injured employees. Mr. Talbott has been involved in workers' compensation litigation for more than 23 years, representing employees, employers, insurance companies, and acting as a contract hearing officer for the Department of Labor in workers' compensation matters.
Mr. Talbott is also qualified to act as a mediator in disputed workers' compensation claims and is on the approved Mediator's List of the Vermont Department of Labor.
